Carefully place your diamond jewelry in its original designer packaging, including all certificates and appraisal documents to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition and authenticity of the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
